AM Skin Health & Aesthetic Medicine

At AM Skin Health, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We do our best to run on schedule and to book our providers appropriately so that each of our clients may enjoy the time and services set aside for them. We do ask in return that our providers time is valued and have decided to introduce the following policies to keep our schedule running efficiently.

Consultation Policy
All NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS will require a deposit of $75, due at the time of scheduling. All major credit cards are accepted as form of payment. The $75 fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your personal account after your consultation visit. This deposit can be used toward a future service with any provider at AM Skin Health. Care Credit will not be accepted as a payment method for consultation fees or deposits. 

Late Arrival
In the event of a late arrival we will do our best to complete your entire treatment in the time remaining for your appointment. Depending on the service scheduled and the time remaining, it may be best to reschedule your visit.

No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled appointment and do not call to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, it will be considered a no-show appointment. After 3 no-show appointments we will require a deposit to reserve future appointments. The deposit charge will be $75, non-refundable, and it will be applied to your personal account and can be used toward your upcoming service with us. In the event you no-show after a deposit is taken, you will forfeit that deposit and it will be considered a no-show fee. We do realize that emergencies happen, and will do our best to determine what is fair in emergency situations.

Returns
At AM Skin Health & Aesthetic Medicine, we stand behind our product offerings and recommendations made by our providers. In the event you are unhappy with your product purchase or in the case of an adverse reaction, you may return the product within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit only.

Supplements by Metagenics are not eligible for return.

Gift Card purchases are not returnable or refundable, and are redeemable for cash value towards any of our retail products or services. Pre-Paid packages are not refundable, and may also be used towards any of our retail products or services in the event you do not wish to continue the original treatment plan.

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on services of any kind.
