We’re excited to announce our small, invite-only weight loss program exclusively for our AM Beauty Bank members.
Selected participants will work closely with Dr. Welch and our team of Nurse Practitioners to design a personalized plan to help you reach your goals in 2026. This program is ideal for individuals looking to lose 10–40 pounds who are seeking a medically guided, supportive approach.
Our program will focus on the use of compounded tirzepatide, paired with nutrition, lifestyle, and habit-based guidance to help support overall wellness and promote sustainable, long-term results—not quick fixes.
Program Structure & Pricing
Initial Consultation – Free to members ($75 Value)
First visit with a medical provider to review medical history and determine candidacy. Labs will be ordered as needed to ensure the program is appropriate for you.
Program Start Visit – $250
A more in-depth visit that includes weight, measurements, photos, medication education, and injection training. You will receive your first month’s supply (4 syringes) at this visit.
Monthly Follow-Up Visits – $75 each
Once monthly visits to receive your next month’s medication supply, track progress, and discuss dose adjustments with your provider.

Micro-dosing (1 mg): $99
2.5 mg: $300
5 mg: $375
7.5 mg: $450
10 mg: $525

Medication dosing is individualized and determined by your provider based on tolerance, response, and goals.
Because this is an introductory test group, space will be limited. Participants will be thoughtfully selected based on medical history and overall candidacy, with a focus on individuals without significant pre-existing medical conditions.
